Describe your problem to us in the designated request form and our employees will discuss the further procedure with you. Everything can be ordered online and handled easily and conveniently via our logistics and shipping.

In view of the current situation, we have already taken all the necessary steps to increase infection control measures and hygiene standards. We follow the recommendations of the RKI and the WHO. Our central concern here is the safety of our employees and our customers. Due to the avoidance and reduction of social contacts, we no longer ask to order by pick-up in the retail store, but exclusively by mail order.
