TRUST SERVICE

You play it safe with the optional escrow service. You transfer the value of the goods to a third party escrow agent. Only after receipt of the order and your release, he transfers the amount to us. Of course we take over the fees.

Prerequisites:

  • You have an account within the EUR.
  • The order value is at least 1000 EUR.

Procedure:

  1. You choose the payment method "escrow service" in the order process or specify this when ordering by phone.
  2. We initiate the process at "Eco Treuhand".
  3. Eco Treuhand will send you and us a unique order number, bank details of Eco Treuhand's escrow account and the total amount to be instructed.
  4. You transfer the total amount to the account of Eco Treuhand.
  5. Eco Treuhand informs you and us about the receipt of payment
  6. We will ship the goods to you, confirm to Eco Treuhand that the goods have been dispatched and name the shipping service provider.
  7. Upon receipt of the goods, immediately confirm receipt of the goods.
  8. After your confirmation of the proper condition of the goods or after 14 days at the latest, Eco Treuhand will transfer the total amount to us minus the Eco Treuhand fee.
