The legal basis for the storage of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to by third parties as illegal.

8) Use of customer data for direct marketing

8.1 Subscribe to our e-mail newsletter

If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will send you information about our offers on a regular basis. Mandatory information for sending the newsletter is only your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter after you have expressly confirmed that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future by clicking on an appropriate link.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent for the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by your Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. The data collected by us when you register for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of addressing you in an advertising manner by way of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the person responsible mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data in a manner that goes beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services, such as those already purchased, from our range by e-mail. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the responsible person named at the beginning. For this, you will only incur transmission costs according to the prime rates. After receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will cease immediately.

8.3 Newsletter distribution via Episerver campaign

Our email newsletters are sent via the technical service provider Episerver Campaign, Wallstraße 16, 10179 Berlin ("Episerver"), to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO and serves our legitimate interest in using a newsletter system that is effective in advertising, secure and user-friendly. The data entered by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on Episerver's servers in the EU.

Episerver uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For the evaluation, the sent emails contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files that are stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. Furthermore
technical information is collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively pseudonymously and is not linked to your other personal data. A direct reference to a person is excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.

If you wish to object to data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.

We have concluded an order processing agreement with Episerver, with which we oblige Episerver to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.

You can view Episerver's privacy policy here:

Trusted Shops Trustbadge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and to offer Trusted Shops membership to buyers after they have placed an order.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. When you call up the Trustbadge, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the callup. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Further personal data will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered to use them. In this case, the contractual agreement made between you and Trusted Shops applies.

12) Use of social media: social plugins

Facebook as standard plugin

Subscribe to DeepL Pro to edit this document. Visit www.DeepL.com/pro for more information.

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plug-in from Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com /docs/plugins

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or leaving a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information will also be published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends.

The data processing operations described are carried out pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Facebook's legitimate interests in displaying personalised advertising in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and for the purpose of designing the Facebook service in line with demand.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also object to the loading of the Facebook plugins and thus to the data processing operations described above for the future using add-ons for your browser, e.g. the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook's data protection information:
https://www.facebook.com/policy.php

13) Use of social media: videos

13.1 Use of Vimeo videos

Our website contains plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Vimeo servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Vimeo directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Vimeo receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Vimeo account or are not currently logged in to Vimeo. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Vimeo server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Vimeo, Vimeo can directly assign your visit to our website to your Vimeo account. If you interact with the plugins (e.g. by clicking on the start button of a video), this information is also transmitted directly to a Vimeo server and stored there.

The described data processing operations are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Vimeo's legitimate interest in market research and the needsbased design of the Vimeo service.

If you do not want Vimeo to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Vimeo account, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting our website.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Vimeo, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Vimeo's privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy

The Google Analytics tracking tool of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland, is automatically integrated into videos from Vimeo that are embedded on our site. This is Vimeo's own tracking, to which we have no access and which cannot be influenced by our site. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" for tracking, which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

This processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Vimeo's legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes.

As far as legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

13.2 Use of Youtube videos

This website uses the Youtube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "Youtube", which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only starts storing user information when the video(s) is/are played. If the playback of embedded Youtube videos is started, the provider "Youtube" uses cookies to collect information about user behaviour. According to information from "Youtube", these are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to prevent abusive behaviour. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to have your data associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. The use of YouTube may also result in the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. Independently of a playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network is established every time this website is called up, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the Youtube terms of use at https://www.youtube.com/stat ic?template=terms as well as in Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy

14) Online marketing

14.1 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and, within the framework of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the aim of displaying advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across Google Ads clients' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Clients learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
The use of Google Ads may also result in the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details on the processing triggered by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading out information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website. You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads Conversion Tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available at the following link:
https://www.google.com/se ttings/ads/plugin?hl=en
In order to address users whose data we have received in the context of business or businesslike relationships in a more interest-oriented advertising manner, we use a customer matching function in the context of Google Ads. For this purpose, we transmit one or more files with aggregated customer data (primarily email addresses and telephone numbers) electronically to Google. Google does not have access to clear data, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to assign it to existing Google accounts that the data subjects have set up. This enables the display of personalised advertising via all Google services linked to the respective Google account. The transmission of customer data to Google will only take place if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's data protection measures in relation to the customer matching function can be found here: https://support.google.com/go ogleads/answer/6334160?hl=en&ref_topic=10550182

14.2 Google Marketing Platform

This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform from the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").

GMP uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Via a cookie ID, Google records which ads are served in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later, using the same browser, calls up the advertiser's website and makes a purchase via this website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge as follows: Through the integration of GMP, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address. In the context of the use of GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

If you wish to object to participation in this tracking procedure, you can deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, (see https://www.google.de/settings/ads ), whereby this setting is deleted when you deactivate your cookies. Alternatively, you can contact the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info to find out more about setting cookies and to make your desired settings. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

You can find more information about GMP by Google's privacy policy at the following web address: https://www.google.de/policies/ privacy/

As far as legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In order to exercise your revocation, please follow the option described above for making an objection.

14.3 Use of affiliate programmes

- Rakuten Advertising
We participate in the affiliate programme "Rakuten Advertising" Rakuten Marketing France SAS, 92 Rue de Réaumur, 75002 Paris, France (hereinafter "Rakuten"). As part of its services, Rakuten stores cookies on users' devices to document transactions (e.g. "sales leads") when a visitor reaches our site via a Rakuten advertising link. These cookies, which are set by Rakuten and for which we are not responsible, serve the sole purpose of correctly assigning the success of an advertising medium and the corresponding billing within the network.
The information generated by cookies about the use of this website (including the IP address) and delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Rakuten server and stored there. Among other things, Rakuten can recognise that the affiliate link on this website has been clicked. Rakuten may pass on this (anonymised) information to contractual partners under certain circumstances, but data such as the IP address will not be merged with other stored data. Insofar as the information also contains personal data, the processing described is carried out on the basis of our legitimate financial interest in processing commission payments with Rakuten pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
If you wish to block the evaluation of user behaviour via cookies, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. 15.1 Google (Universal) Analytics with Google Signals
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures anonymisation of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct personal reference. The extension means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google LLC. server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. In this context, the IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google (Universal) Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
Google Analytics also enables the creation of statistics with statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors on the basis of an evaluation of interest-based advertising and with the inclusion of third-party information via a special function, the so-called "demographic characteristics". This allows the definition and differentiation of user groups of the website for the purpose of targeting marketing measures. However, data records collected via the "demographic characteristics" cannot be assigned to a specific person.
Details on the processing triggered by Google Analytics and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for the reading of information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Without this consent, Google Analytics will not be used during your visit to the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website. We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics, which obliges Google to protect the data of our site visitors and not to pass it on to third parties. For the transfer of data from the EU to the USA, Google refers to the socalled standard data protection clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection in the USA. Further information on Google (Universal) Analytics can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en
This website also uses the Google Signals service as an extension of Google Analytics. With Google Signals, we can have Google create cross-device reports (so-called "cross-device tracking"). If you have activated "personalised ads" in your Google account settings and have linked your internet-enabled devices to your Google account, Google can analyse user behaviour across devices and create database models based on this, provided you have given your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO (see above). The logins and device types of all page visitors who were logged into a Google account and performed a conversion are taken into account. The data shows, among other things, on which device you first clicked on an ad and on which device the associated conversion took place. We do not receive any personal data from Google in this regard, but only statistics compiled on the basis of Google Signals. You have the option of deactivating the "personalised ads" function in the settings of your Google account and thus switching off the cross-device analysis. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en

Pseudonymised user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose. Optimizely uses so-called cookies, which are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the site visitor's internet browser. These cookies serve, among other things, to recognise the browser and thus enable a more precise determination of statistical data. The data of the user's IP address is also collected, but it is pseudonymised immediately after collection and before it is stored in order to exclude any personal reference.

17) Tools and miscellaneous

17.1 Cookie consent tool based on Usercentrics technology

This website uses a cookie consent tool with technology from Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany (hereinafter "Usercentrics") to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent.

By integrating a corresponding JavaScript code, users are shown a banner when they call up the page, in which they can give their consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications by ticking the appropriate box. The tool blocks the setting of all cookies requiring consent until the respective user gives the corresponding consent by ticking the corresponding box. This ensures that cookies of this kind are only set on the user's end device if consent has been granted.

To enable the Cookie Consent Tool to clearly assign page views to individual users and to individually record, log and store the consent settings made by the user for a session duration, certain user information (including the IP address) is collected when our website is called up by the Cookie Consent Tool, transmitted to servers of Usercentrics and stored there.

This data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in a legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.

Further legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. As the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.

We have concluded an order processing agreement with Usercentrics, by which we oblige Usercentrics to protect the data of visitors to our website and not to pass it on to third parties.

For more information on Usercentrics' use of data, please see the Usercentrics Privacy Policy at https://usercentrics.com/privacy-policy/

17.2 Applications to job advertisements by e-mail

A prerequisite for inclusion in the application process is that applicants provide us with all the personal data required for a sound and informed assessment and selection together with the application by e-mail.
The required information includes general information about the person (name, address, telephone or electronic contact details) as well as performance-specific evidence of the qualifications required for a position. In addition, health-related information may be required, which must be given special consideration under labour and social law in the interest of social protection in the person of the applicant.

For queries arising in the course of processing, we use, at our discretion, either the email address provided by the applicant with his/her application or a telephone number provided.

The legal basis for this processing, including contacting us for queries, is in principle Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (for processing in Germany in conjunction with § 26 para. 1 BDSG), in the sense of which the application process is considered to be the initiation of an employment contract.

In so far as special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 (1) DSGVO (e.g. health data such as information on severely disabled status) are requested from applicants as part of the application procedure, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 9 (2) lit. b. DSGVO. DSGVO so that we can exercise the rights arising from labour law and social security and social protection law and fulfil our obligations in this regard.

Cumulatively or alternatively, the processing of the special categories of data may also be based on Art. 9(1)(h) GDPR if it is carried out for the purposes of preventive health care or occupational medicine, for the assessment of the applicant's fitness for work, for medical diagnosis, health or social care or treatment, or for the management of health or social care systems and services.

If the applicant is not selected in the course of the evaluation described above or if an applicant withdraws his/her application prematurely, his/her data transmitted by e-mail and all electronic correspondence, including the original application e-mail, will be deleted at the latest after 6 months following notification. This period is measured on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to answer any follow-up questions about the application and, if necessary, to meet our obligations to provide evidence under the regulations on equal treatment of applicants.

In the event of a successful application, the data provided will be further processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (for processing in Germany in conjunction with § 26 para. 1 BDSG) for the purposes of implementing the employment relationship.

If WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THE CONTEXT OF AN INTEREST CONSIDERATION ON THE BASIS OF OUR EXCEEDING PERSONAL INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO SUCH PROCESSING ON THE BASIS OF YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. FURTHER PROCESSING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF WE CAN PROVIDE REASONS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT EXCEED YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACIES, OR IF THE PROCESSING IS INTENDED TO ENFORCE, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS.

If YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU MAY EXERCISE THE OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

If YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF RESPECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

19) Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - if relevant - additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).

When personal data is processed on the basis of explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, this data is stored until the data subject revokes his or her consent.

If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the scope of legal or quasi-legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of a contract and/or there is no further legitimate interest on our part in continuing to store it.

When personal data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, these data are stored until the data subject exercises his or her right to object pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

When personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, these data are stored until the data subject exercises his/her right to object pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this statement about specific processing situations, stored personal data are otherwise deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
